I would like to make designs for new cards, but I don't have and can't find the templates. Can someone post a link or, better yet, post the pictures on a post for me? I do not open email attachments, so that is out of the questions. So please post something here on the forums.

The link to filedropper doesn't work. It just brings me to that sites home page instead of the download page.

Link must be outdated.
You'll have to wait for the Girl-That-Never-Sleeps to upload that again.
Come back tomorrow. It should be fixed by then.

I uploaded it again: http://www.filedropper.com/elementscardtemplates (http://www.filedropper.com/elementscardtemplates)
Seems like Filedropper drops my file after a while. Probably because not many people downloaded it. I need to find a better solution. Maybe I'll put it on my own server later.

I could probably host it on Megaupload for you. I have a Premium account. o-O

If you would actually read the post I made you would see the link that lists free software that can open/edit PSD-files.
If you still want to use Paint.net you can use Google and find this: http://frankblumenberg.de/doku/doku.php?id=paintnet:psdplugin (http://frankblumenberg.de/doku/doku.php?id=paintnet:psdplugin)
