It mean, when you target your creature with Reborn Spell and when your opponent kill the targeted creature, the killed creature is reborn but -1|-1
Game Example:
You use Reborn Spell to *Obsidian Dragon (creature) that Atk and HP is 10|5*.. When your opponent kill your *Obsidian Dragon (creature)*.. The *Obsidian Dragon (creature)* is reborn but with attack and hp 9|4.. You understand? :/

Okay, you may want to chaqnge your cards wording some because the way it's written now it seems like your card would come back as a creature with -1/-1 stats, which would be weird and useless. Maybe "When Target creature would be killed, it is reborn and gains -1/-1" Now as for the card itself, it's nice in that it provides the necromancy aspect of death without having a graveyard which zanz is opposed too, however I feel it is too powerful when put into conjunction with some creatures. I do like the changing from a spell to a permanent with a reusable ability, but I'd change it from tower to something else, since tower would make people think quanta generation. It needs some balancing and some work, but good idea.

Ok. I thought it meant creatures would get reborn if they died with the stats -1 | -1. Change it to something like, "When target creature dies, it is reborn and gains -1 | -1."

The Nika's wording is good. Also those cards are very good, I really like the upped one and it makes me remember about some MtG capacity :') I love it

Semi off topic: When you express stats being lowered, do you still use the wording "gained"? I've seen it used in some cards, but it's not exactly gaining if they're getting lower.

gain -x|-x is common CCG language.
