Copy paste that into your card description and table sections accordingly and I -think- you would be able to state what you wanted. If you really want to be concise, drop the 'Usable once per turn' phrase, and just type in the notes that it can only be used once per turn. (Most permanents in the game can only be used once per turn anyway, like the Hourglass and Mindgate cards.)

ahm..,Thank you ^_^ , Im going to use your format- its brief and concise , I don't know what to put in the "Insert name here"  though and how can i shorten the card cost = air quantum cost other than what i put in the card

Think of the 'Insert name here' section as the name for your card's ability. It could be along the lines of 'repeat' or 'doppler effect' or 'Storm' or whatever.

As for the latter question... I'm not sure what you mean. Remember that at the bottom of the card image builder, you can click on the '' icons to place them in the card description; likewise, you can do the same thing in the table's forum post with the icons above the message box...

I like the mechanics but I think a fantasy theme would be better than one based on science. And if you want to use a "machine", would be a more logical choice.

Also, there would probably be a better way to write the description but I don't know what that is
