A nice balance should be if the card would sacrifice after its skill activation.

this would be interesting with enchant artifact. does it auto destroy itself by the end of 3 or 5 turns if there are no creatures on the field?

EDIT: and does it permanently gain control of a creature or just 1 turn?

Yes, it's like the sundial. It will auto destroy even if you haven't controlled a creature.

*It will permanently gain control of the target creature.

Interesting... posting to keep track.
Balancing may be tricky, but the idea is promising I think.
Whether the glass is half full or half empty is a moot point. It is always filled to the brim. It is only a matter of by what. The real question is: What fills you?
