Note that this can illuminate your opponent (e.g. do not know which card to target).

This is OP, change quanta cost to ~11-12... Upped ~10-11. But otherwise, good idea.

it is pretty strong but a much better idea than b4. i would say maybe give it a timer? lasts X turns.

Fine, how about 5 turns, seems fair enough. After all, the opponent may not target creatures all the time.
