The name/theme/concept etc isn't the important part, we can always change that later. The main thing is fixing the ability to be balanced and effective in its purpose.
I agree that this card is too limited in its current form, but I think expanding it to all airborne creatures is too OP, it will weaken all shields in the game, and it doesn't really fit the theme I had in mind (indirect PC for Air).
Here are my thoughts:
The ability "All non-dragon airborne creatures ignore shields" may be more reasonable.
However, now that I think about it, potentially giving momentum to whole fields of creatures may be OP and I do not want to undermine entire decks such as RoL/Hope. However I DO want to weaken decks like Mono Aether. (The difference here is that Hope is Immaterial and is not used as often). I will change this card accordingly when I think of a better ability.
