NOTES:
Once it attacks, it becomes the first card in your deck. Great if you don't want to deck out, but not so great when you want to draw more cards.
The only way to destroy it is to use a shield with a stopping effect.
Update:
with more atk, it can go past more shields!, instead of just being stopped with any old shield.

So it just has to attempt to attack?  It doesn't need to deal damage?

If this is the case, Permafrost/Turtle Shield doesn't seem like it would prevent it.  Actually, only a Sundial would stop it from working....

No. It has to make a successful attack.

Aha.  In that case, it's way underpowered.

Unless your opponent doesn't have a shield (or only has Turtle Shield, I suppose), it is little to no use.  This would be most useful for decks that take a long time to set up and need an anti deckout strat, yet if the game goes on long enough where you're at risk for decking out the opponent will likely have a shield that can reduce one point of damage, meaning Boomerang won't complete and attack and won't fulfill its purpose.

Unless we get momentum on a stick, it's not very good as is.

If you were to give it momentum on its own, it would become a staple in every rainbow.  1 random instead of 3 time each turn to prevent deckout in rainbows which value  :time greatly?  It could cost way more AND require  :air, and it would still be a staple in rainbows because they're usually light on  :air usage (unless you run Air Nymph instead of Elite Queen) and very heavy on  :time

BetaParticle - you should provide a link to your card art (the credit is good, but a link also needs to be placed there to ensure that the source is confirmed to the artist).

Other than that, I'm a little unsure of this idea. It's a creature that returns to the top of your deck automatically if it successfully attacks, meaning that unless it faces (in your recent post) Hope, Dissipation, or Phase Shield, you'll be guaranteed a free anti-deckout option for 2 :air quanta per turn? What would happen if it faced Fire Shield? Would it die? Or would it return to the top of your deck?

If it goes below 1 hp, it dies. Unupped version can be stopped by anything that blocks more than 1 damage or has freeze or stasis effects.
Maybe make it
unupped
cost 1 with 1 atk

upped
cost 3 with 3 atk
[or 2 with 2 atk]

(Oh yay, now diamond shield can stop it. That makes a lot of difference! :P)

Thanks,
