Okay, we're waaaaaay off topic now. I use a Mac because everybody in my family is an artist, and I am a musician. PC's can't touch Macs when it comes to high end production.
Getting back on topic, I think Sibillus is kind of a cool card. I've been saying for a while now that Elements should have some sort of Millstone effect, and this one is powerful yet counter-able. As a creature, it is even much easier to deal with than Anubis is with his 8 hp and Immortality.
Power of Light is alright. Not sure I'd ever use it, but you never know.
Twister: I love the picture, but if this is going to destroy every non-pillar permanent your opponent controls and some of his pillars, this sounds more of a Fire card than an Earth card. And seeing as Earth generally has tons of unspent quanta, this wouldn't be difficult to cast at all. Fire, on the other hand, would have a harder time casting this, as there are more outlets for its quanta, so I think this card would be much more balanced as a Fire card.
Skeleton Commander is all kinds of weak. It should only cost like 3 or 4 Death quanta and get +1/+1 for each skeleton in play. Because skeletons are so easy to generate or kill, these guys could be either quite deadly or quite fragile depending on what deck you are using when you play against them. Also, as commanders usually boost the morale of their troops, I think skeletons should get some sort of buff from having a commander in play. Maybe +1/+0 for every skeleton you control? I dunno.
