An idea for an effect:

The next three (four for upgraded version) random effects become predetermined in favor of defeating the enemy.

(The explanation wouldn't fit on the card.)
This card will create a permanent with a counter that starts at 3 (four for upgraded version), and counts down one every time a random effect occurs.  It is destroyed when it reaches 0.

The effect for YOU:
All Chaos Seeds/Pandemonium effects are Parallel Universe.
All Chaos Powers are +5|+5.
All unupgraded mutations do not fail and always become 13|8 Amethyst Dragons with the skill  :entropy : Mitosis.
All Improved Mutations become 15|9 Amethyst dragons with  :entropy : Mitosis.
All Fate Eggs hatch into Golden Dragons.
All upgraded Fate Eggs hatch into Light Dragons.
Your Thorn/Spine Carapace always poisons attacking creatures.
Discord always turns all of the enemy's quanta into the element that it has the least cards of.  If this is more than one element, it randomly chooses one.
Skull Shield/Buckler never turns your creatures into Skeletons.
Ice/Permafost shield never freezes your creatures.
Your creatures never miss when attacking Dusk/Fog Shields or Improved Dusk/Fog.

The effect for THEM:
All Chaos Seeds/Pandemonium effects are Lobotomize when used on creatures without a skill.  When used on creatures with a skill, it is Fire Bolt if you have less Fire quanta than Water quanta, and Ice Bolt if not.
All Chaos Powers are +1|+1.
All unupgraded mutations fail.
All Improved Mutations become 1|1 Photons with  :light :light : Devour.
All Fate Eggs hatch into Photons.
All upgraded Fate Eggs hatch into Gnome Gemfinders, unless your mark is Earth, in which case it becomes a Leaf Dragon.
Your Thorn/Spine Carapace never poisons attacking creatures.
Discord does not affect the enemy's quanta.
Skull Shield/Buckler always turns your creatures into Skeletons.
Ice/Permafost shield always freezes your creatures.
Your creatures always miss when attacking Dusk/Fog Shields or Improved Dusk/Fog.

I know that it is extremely powerful, but if might need an increase in cost, or some sacrifice-type thing.  Perhaps three/four random effects in your favor, then one in theirs?
