as for the unupped, why exactly would I play this over SoP?

because this can't be stolen? Because I could forget to destroy my SoP?

And I guess I'd still use SoP over the upped one.

Edit: okay, you might use this as a combo with gravity shield...
Or prevent opponent's antimattered poisoned creatures from dying...
seems like 1 possible combo in which this is the choice.

Dont forget that this is in element with bonds. You could easily make a fractal spark deck with this and bonds added. Whereas water doesn't have anything to benefit from having more creatures. It even tries to restrict it (flooding).

But even better, this doesn't require hours of farming to get. It can be used by newer people who don't have shards.

I wanted to say this is UP, but then I read ALL creatures and read dragtom's suggestion about gravity shield or antimatter. I quite like the idea, but maybe reduce the cost? Compare it to SoPa. I think even 1 :life would not make this card OP. Maybe 2 :life will be just ok.\

And question, does it delay only YOUR creatures?

The theme you got here says "heal" not "increase max hp".

Also... it'll be tricky to find a Life theme that ties mass max hp boost to it. I've always liked the concept, but mass buffing is frowned upon in this establishment, which is why people hate SoP.

we only chose to delay to prevent sparktal abuse. 40 damage (upped) is quite a lot for 1 turn so...

immaterial creatures gain buffs and delay just like SoP. and it does only delay your creatures
