Yes, it's a big jump because i think it's strategic... if you have to use mummification unupgraded with 10 cost it's hard so this card is for upgraded use only, it's more usefull if upgraded.

If a card is only meant to be used when upgraded, why even have an unupgraded version? Alternatively why not make it useful for both versions.
Upgraded cards get the about equivalent of 1-2 cost reduction.
Mummies are not dead in EtG. They are Death creatures with midranged attack. This might be relevant.

I'm not going to bring up any of the points made before me, all of which I agree with, but why is a Time CC card more potent against time creatures?

For clarity:
This card does not reduce the target's ATK to 0; they simply don't attack, so the creature is only good for skills, Fractalling, and cremation.
Also, as a general rule of thumb, any insta-kill card is OP.  Shockwave is one exception because it requires the use of another card from a different element, and Immolation is another because it can only kill your creatures.
This thing seemed dead inside. It seemed like an automaton, trying to act like as if it was alive. The effect was unsettling.
Orianna made a sound that supposed to a girl's squeal of glee and hugged The Ball. While it might have been touching, it was unfortunately only horrifying.

So, maybe it would be better reduce the cost?

Yes and No.

The upgraded should cost mo more than 2quanta less than the unupped.
Preventing a creature from ever attacking is similar to half of Antimatter.
However Instant kill of Time creatures without taking hp into account is worth a lot when Time creatures are present. (removing this clause would help balancing)

The game only has a present. No past. If the creature turns into a mummy it will not remember what it once was.

Turning a creature into a Mummy is a good idea (maybe better than the original one imo).

Yet if you use RT on a Mummy it becomes a Pharaoh ;)
