This would be a permanent like nightfall, adds +1/2 to HP, but main feature would be creature play cost +1, I dont know if summon cost can be programmed right now, but it would be a good card I think.  :D

Suggestions welcome!

I like this idea. this would be really hard for some decks - photon/immolation or fractal decks - and just make others slower. Changing the summon cost hasn't been done before but its a great mechanic to have. I think these environment type cards should be expanded, there are few suggestions floating around. Question - would this affect the Fire Queen's ability, and make it cost :life :life :life?

I think it could go either way, not for all abilities, just Fire Queen and Pharoah, those that summon a new creature. I don't think that is insanely OP, and it makes sense. But the other way, keeping it to cards played from hand, makes sense as well.

Mh cheap, don't think so water gets a permanent that kills every creature up and down, 5 quanta for +1 summon cost isn't much, but it would destroy rainbow  :P I think rainbow needs serious nerfs, I like to see different decks.

that permanent costs 3 water for every single turn after beeing played as well
I don't think rainbow will be most affected, more duo and trio decks. And the life rush.
Anyway, if you made this card only to nerf rainbow I think it's not the right attitude.

Nah, not only to nerf rainbow, its a good card overall, and a good combo with shriekers to boost their HP, but youre right this would nerf everything, speccially teh new fractal decks... that would hurt

well, I rarely see someone using stone dragons or anything high health on pvp form earth element, they just use shriekers graboid they dont have so much HP, I mean antitlon, ever saw someoen using them? gnome rider? hematite golem? nope never saw someone using them, so I think this would make a good combo with them, I dont know, but I  think it may be useful...
