The redistribution effect can make a creature have 0 ATK. In case of an antimattered creature with a number of HP higer than 0, the sum will be calculated taking into account positive and negative values. In case of an antimattered creature with a number of HP equal to 1 Mixed Potential will have no effect. SERIES:

Ouch. Reverse Time could pack that back in but that is a pretty OP combo, and couldn't you get a 56ATK with 1HP?

I think it will, sure the mighty 28|30 Titan still be doable, but how much are the chances of that happen?

There is no real good way to balance this. Put it on a Leaf Dragon and it either has 1 ATK or 0 ATK. In some cases, this is CC, in other cases, it can be a massive buff.

The chances are extremely high. It is the most likely outcome.
