I used a photo of a tiger photoshopped it and posted it In my card. is that actually illegal? I mean I don't expect to be going to Africa or paying a nature documentary huge  sums of money just to put an image on my card.

You should just post the source of your art in the table.
Do you have a great idea for a Weekly Tournament? Post it here!

Then don't use it.

It's not a problem unless someone actually comes down on you for using that content (which is unlikely), but god, it will happen if you're not careful.

This sucker is just way too powerful. Granted, Life isn't as good at spamming mass creatures as some elements, but this thing could be feasibly splashed into a fracta-spark deck.
Fracta-spark + this = up to 6 6|3 creatures in 1 turn... 6 8|3 creatures if upped meta.
Run off a :life mark and :aether pillars it should be pretty fast, and most likely OP.

Whether the glass is half full or half empty is a moot point. It is always filled to the brim. It is only a matter of by what. The real question is: What fills you?
If your zombie plan is
kill -9 `ps l | awk '{print $2" "$3" "$9}' | grep "Z" | awk '{printf("%s ",$2)}'`
You might be a unix junky

also I wanted to be able to show a more 'dark' side to the life element. I'm sorry if it doesn't fit the theme.

pretend that the image is something evil and morbid. http://i.imgur.com/zMDH1RF.png
