Sort of an idea thats been floating in my head for a while.  I'm kind of hoping to give Life a mild form of creature control as well as a fragile larger attacker.  I'm kind of hoping I didn't make it too fragile, and I know Life/Darkness isn't a particularly good combo at this time, but maybe in the future something will change.

Its around the internet though, so I'm not sure where exactly it came from.

The point of Gore is to reduce ATK by 1 (unupgraded) or 2 (upgraded).  It cannot go below 0 with this method; Life needs no more healing and certainly not on a stick.  Could work with Butterfly Effect, though I'm not sure why you'd need to resort to using such a convoluted combination there...

Ooh, very interesting. Lots of attack reducers have been suggested before, but yours looks very balanced. Not too powerful, but not too strong either.

Thorn Shield?

Anyways, I like it. I don't think the upgraded ability is necessary; I'd just keep the first Gore the same as the second, but increase the Deadly Minotaur's attack to 7 and its casting cost to 5 :life .

Good cards.

Nice idea, but why make the ability cost darkness? I don't really think it fits in with gore very well. Other than that, nice cards.

I don't like Thorn Carapace =(

Yeah this could be good, but I think you should chance the Skill to Death. There are a few Death/Life combos that could use it.

Meh. Darkness is fine. Darkness / Life is just as hard to pull off well as Death / Life.

2 :darkness per turn just to reduce ATK by 1? Looks UP to me.

Look at Owl's Eye. For  :air :air it gets to reduce HP by 3, and it's not an off-element cost. Even though OE is a rare, it still makes Minotaur look weak. Change the ability cost to 1 :darkness and it'd be better.
To be or not to be, I can do both at once. Go learn quantum mechanics, n00b.

The effect seems kind of weak. But, I guess it fits if you mix it with using Feral Bonds. Life definitely needs some kind of creature targeting ability for control.

Hmm, the general consensus is that it is generally underpowered?  I don't think I can remake the pictures, but would a -2 ATK or -3 ATK for upgraded better?
