I think you could not move the stats from the original version at all and make deaths trigger one more attack with a cap of 4 additional ones.

This attacks. Use basilisk's blood. Pump its atk a bit (say to 10). Kill a lot of creatures (eat/rof/destroy somehow). You win. If there are two, even better :P

I like how "pump it's attack up a bit" is so casually tossed out there.  It would be darn hard and a major focus of your deck to get this thing up to a 10 attack. 

The interaction with Basilisk's Blood is an interesting one, though.  :)

Would Bloodlust be a keyword? Like Adrenaline, Liquid Shadow, Luciferase, Momentum, and Bioluminescence?

Because if there were, there would be some ridiculously awesome comboes with this card. I like it.

Then up the cost one notch for adding the one-turn-long capped Bloodlust boost to the existing Vampires and it works fine, IMVH&U&IO.

I think its an extremely complex version of the card thats already in the game.

Compare Vampire to your New Vampire.
To be more effective than the Original you have to have destroyed 2 creatures and if the opponent has a shield that prevents 2 damage you are actually behind regardless of your attack count.

To code this there would have to be a varable count that triggers upon the death of a creature and this has to be done for each vampire across each of 2 turns, yours and theirs. This is not something you want to do in a simple state card game. If Vampire was changed to a status effect then this could be plausible but to me it falls in the to Complex basket.

While I enjoy your feedback, it wouldn't be that hard to code at all, really.  Whenever a creature dies, just add a variable called "bloodlust" and have it +=1;.  Then convert Bloodlust into a regional variable by doing something in the actual vampires code, like VampireAttack = bloodlust.  Then under the If string to have the vampire attack, add "if VampireAttack > 0", and have VampireAttack subtract one each time the vampire attacked.

And I get that that you'd have to kill two creatures to make this effective, but it's really not all that hard to kill two creatures.  Fire, Death, and Entropy, and Dark itself all have kill spells/kill creatures, and they're the most common elements paired with death.  It would give the card an opportunity to kick major butt.

Would this stack with adrenaline?   A cap of 5 would become 5x4 = 20 attacks.  That would be an interesting darkness/life combo...
