I do think the wording is a bit vague, because both players can target the creature. I would probably change the second sentence to something along the lines of " It can still be targeted."

Its interaction with gravity pull needs to be decided as well.

I think the cost needs to go up to at least 4/3 (probably 5/4), because while the creature can be hit by a few things, it gains immunity to the vast majority of CC. IIRC, the only cc that remain effective against it are reverse time, freeze, and basilisk blood, but it can still be hit with all of the buff spells.

Also Antimatter is a really big crunch to you, Twin Universe is a double edged sword, and this guy can still be lobotimized. I still think 4|3 maximum.

This only protects you from half the amount of CC that Quint does. There is no way it should cost more, only less.

Gravity pull solution: it can not die or be damaged by a single source. If it's gravity pulled it would be attacked by more than one source. Then: it is damaged.

CURATOR COMMENT
-Fix the spelling mistake between the NAME (table) and the card (It should read 'Elixir' and not 'Elixer')
-Leave the ATK|HP section of the table blank if the card is not a creature ("None" should be removed)
-Reupload the card frame/image when you can

Suggestion:
"Target creature may not be damaged, killed, or affected by Gravity Pull, but can still be targeted."

This implies that both players can do whatever to the creature, as long as it isn't affected by damaging spells, Gravity Pull, or specialized abilities (Devour, Paradox, Shockwave + Freeze, etc.). That said, Elixir of Life would seem very handy to have against some of the more devious heavy-CC False Gods (Hermes, Octane, Neptune), but the cost should definitely be raised, as immortal/immaterial creatures can still be killed via damage from shields - this one combines the good effects of both Momentum and Quintessence, to an extent. >_>
