Very nice work. I personally enjoy both of them however I feel that the first version is a little more balanced and not creeping into nymph territory.

but it's give a passive skill to target card.  that's mean it's don't stack. right?

First one is better.
Second one is good too but probably not good enough to add to the game since the Nymph exists.

It doesn't stack. It seems that 1st version is more popular, I'll go with it
