NOTES:
Basically it convert the atk power of the creature in an equal number of photon. But it has some application, you can block the entire damage with a shield, or you kill them easily with thunderstorm or fire shield, or you can use it on your creatures to buff the hope shield with luciferine.

I really like this idea! I think it is good CC for light without outrightly killing the creature. I do think that the cost should be upped to 4 or 5, since a blessing costs 3. The ability to outright kill a creature is very powerful, so it should cost a decent amount, despite the mercy part of the deal.

Bad idea. It should cost something along the lines of 8 - 12  :light.
I'm sorry, but an instant kill of any creature in the game, no matter how strong or what effects it has on is NOT worth 2  :light.
Way, way, way too powerful.
Just no.
There is no "Big Crunch". The very idea of it is idiotic. If the expansion of the universe, caused by the big bang, is, in fact, what causes the flow of time, how would the big bang happen in the first place, without the universe expanding, thus time not flowing in any particular direction?

A very economical way to get rid of the "unkillable" gravity dragon.  Nice card for  :light.  Needs to cost more, say, minimum 8 :light.  I have to agree, cost of a blessing to kill a monster is way OP, especially with Solar Shield, you would easily get your cost back next turn.  Not to mention when combined with other elements.  Use it on ur own creature=X amount of photons, and instant druid fodder.  Rain of Fire, Thunderstorm or Plague would effectively clear the opponent's field.  Combined with Bonewall and Vulture=win.

Maybe the cost is too low, but a fire bolt with 20 quanta can kill almost any creature in the game, uh?
A raise in the cost should be needed, but maybe 8 is too high

8 :light isn't too high...how many  :fire does it take to kill an animated, accelerated Titan?  Or Stone-formed Gargoyle?  If I were to make a Mono :light deck, I would probably put in one or two...for those problematic monsters.  Mono :light doesn't have access to 20 :fire.

I'm a big fan of this card's concept, and for balance, I feel that cost should be relatively high.  It kills any targetable monster.  Can you imagine what this would do to Shakar's Revenge?

Insta-kills are generally frowned upon, slightly less so if it involves hp. However, this is slightly less of an insta-kill than it is a "transforming" of the creature. The price seems about right, not too high to generate low usage, and not too low to be able to be splashed, well, anywhere really.
It also would improve the use of another underused Light shield:

Replace the relics with Mercy Punishments.

Really, the only problem I see with this card is the name. I'm not a fan of names like these, though it is more the mechanic that matters with a card, not the theme/details. Good work!  :D
