Seems like this intrudes upon the Death Element's threshold, which should have a lock on poison effects. Maybe if Death Qauntum were used instead.
Also it freezes, sort of. Though, time can semi-freeze "time bubble," as well. Maybe word its effect to say nuero-something.

Or better yet, Make it something venomous and water related, Water for the freeze aspect, Death for the venom. Thus, avoiding figuring out how to have entropy justify a Freezing ability.

I don't disagree with the logic involved, just don't want to see the different elements blending together by having multiple elements capable of doing the same effects.

wouldnt this just be called improved mercury since it is like other improved cards unless there is a different one for creatures since i dont think there are any improved creatures please correct me if i am wrong

I know that this is a dual element card, but you may want to consider increasing the costs of them by 1 ( so it's 3/2  :death)

it was orginally earth/fire, but  well im going to change it back to that and increase the cost and rare it. nvm that last part

I like the concept, but the effect is most certainly Freeze+Infect, rendering each ability practically obsolete on its own. Given the context of this card in the Entropy element, just one of these combined with a Maxwell's Demon could wipe out an entire board in a matter of a few turns. I do agree with the change to a higher ability cost, to make it less abusable in a deck with more than two elements.
