N will still increase when Scarabs are put into play in future turns. As for growth creatures, their N will increase/decrease/maintain on that turn, depending on how many creatures are affected. But it can still use its ability the next turn. Using its ability on that turn will be a waste since it will change anyway. This spell however, will not affect creatures with 2 passives: Flying Arsenics/Arsenics Flying Owl's Eyes/Eagle's Eyes Flying Short Bows/Longbows [/t]

oh ya.

I like the card idea, you should try to make a card series for this like an air card that gives all non ability creatures flying and immaterial for aether and stuff like that. it'd be iteresting

Otys have abilities, so unless you lobotomize them, the spell won't affect them. If you do lobotomize them, their HP would just be N, where N is the amount of creatures affected by the spell.

OK, I must add that Swarm is a passive ability, but, anyways... I like how it works, maybe (just maybe) it could be UP

The theory behind the mechanics of this card is way, way off. The Notes section needs to be rewritten, because the information is incorrect. Swarm is a passive skill, and has nothing to do with active skills such as Deja Vu, Maxwell's Demon's Paradox skill, etc.

It is possible to grant creatures a passive skill if they already possess one, such as giving a Deja Vu (an Airborne creature) the Swarm passive skill. It isn't possible, however, to grant a passive skill such as Swarm to a creature if that creature already has two passives, such as a flying Owl's Eye.

This is false. Otyugh's active skill would be unaffected by Mentalic/Hive Mind. It would only affect Otyugh's HP, as intended.

If I have understood the swarm mechanism, let's say you have a bunch of Skeletons and play Mentalic, it would have a good effect if you play even more skeletons. If you play Mentalic on a single Skeleton, then create a bunch of them with Boneyard/whatever, you'll have a significant bonus.

Swarm bonus each turn = (number of creatures) - (number of creatures last turn)

Can be negative.

I like this idea.
