Overlaps existing cards too much, you could use Ball Lightning in place of whatever light card you target with Meiosis and Mitosis instead of Meiosis. The only use appears to be copying statuses and buffs, and for that Parallel Universe is better.

^If it left the original skills intact like mitosis, I think this might have some individual usage. It would serve as a raw skill copier.
Since the skill appears to be free, thats actually somewhat useful and distinct from both PU and Mitosis.

If skills just get overidden by meiosis, then raw creature number output seems to be the only real feature. May be good for raw creature generation. Not sure if that is really useful enough... It can outpace malignant cells, of course, so maybe it would be.

If only attack were halved (but not HPs), I could see some interesting synnergy with catapult...

Well it splits the creature so if anything, it would just split HP.
