If I use RT and then the creature ability is there a chance to replace the top card? Leechtal with a duo using also nightmares and steals would be extremelly annoying (a tower shield would also be able to lock your opponents damage from the leechs that he manages to play).
This card also has a slight downside, since you could help your opponent to win if he foils your plans and you deckout because of the extra cards you gave him.

The synergies with RT duos and nightmare were considered when I was balancing. They are why the card does not have an elemental cost, so it cannot clog an opponent's hand unless you employ very heavy QC.
The ATK was also intentionally set to make it blockable by the majority of shields available at corresponding upped or unupped metas.
E.g. unupped can be blocked by shield, or ice shield, or skull, or ... etc. And upped version can be blocked by tower shield, permafrost shield, etc.
This is as much to make it so you can protect yourself as it is to make them relatively low key as easily spammable creatures.
The potential to kill yourself if your nefarious plot gets foiled was also part of the deliberately designed fun
