The upped version doesn't actually exist.

So, this thing can't be targeted. Just to make sure that all that hard work and progress isn't lost (and to make quinting the incomplete being viable)

Right now, I have no reason to delay the creature. Moreover, 10 turns (or 5 by using 1 :time quantum per turn) are quite a lot, though a combination of Quint & Dim chain can do the trick. However, I have no reason to delay that thing; the bad stuff are way worse for your opponent than they are for yourself, so no real reason to delay it, except if I have a Dim chain or something like that.
In general, I think Shard Golem :rainbow decks would overshadow :aether :time Incomplete Being decks.

Whilst it's slower, it's also far harder to screw over.
You can also quite easily get two or three of these people out very quickly, causing PC oblivion.

The creature is immaterial, and thus can't be adrenalined.

If you're refering to the incomplete being, it would activate twice a turn under adrenaline, three times if you also activate the ability.

The unfinished version doesn't say its immaterial anywhere (if it is you need to add that to notes and preferably the card as well)... Generally, counters / status seem to be kept when a creature changes forms (ash -> phoenix, lycantrhorpes, mutations)... so if you pop adrenaline onto the unfinished version it sticks around for the finished version.
Whether the glass is half full or half empty is a moot point. It is always filled to the brim. It is only a matter of by what. The real question is: What fills you?

It seems like status effects stick on creature transformations. Not stat changes though, so you won't notice anything with SoPa.

Phoenix -> Ash (Ash -> Phoenix keeps things iirc) is a special transformation since the creature dies and becomes a new one, but mutation keeps statuses as far as I remember.
