| NOTES: | Spoiler for Backstory - Part 1: One who knows Creation; of the fierce Gravity and the immolating Fire; no shield can withstand the sheer energy this god puts out. - Anicient Text of Lore, dated circa 316 P.A. (Prior Advent), prior to the Rise of the Grinders
Graviton stood on the desert, awaiting the elementals that had dared come to challenge him today.
His face, however, was one of broken pride and hatred. The Oracle's predictions were so accurate that elementals had begun to develop armies specifically suited to killing his minions - these days he often retreated amidst wounded Fire Eaters and mutilated Otyughs.
But that would change. He stared at the strange dark-robed figure, standing wearily next to him, seeming almost as hurt and broken as he was. Had this strange figure, too, known rejection?
"I have." The figure answered, almost as if reading his mind.
"Are you sure you've got the power to strike fear into the Elementals?" his eyes widened with fear when he saw the Lady Phoenix and the Oracle's Disciple leading the charge. In response, the figure laughed, causing Graviton's eyes to widen even further. Had he gone mad?
"The only way to find out is to fight, and I am not the destined one to fight. Go forth, Graviton. Let me see that my power is not falling into the wrong hands."
Graviton simply responded with a grunt and walked off. |
Spoiler for Backstory - Part 2: The Lady Phoenix, and the Oracle's Disciple already had the battle well-started. Graviton's gravity shields were stolen straight from his hands and he was begginning to fall apart.
"Guess we'll be expecting more electrum soon, eh?" The Disciple mentioned during a lull in the battle.
"Yeah.... but don't you ever wish that the False Gods were more challenging lately?" The Phoenix replied. "All we do lately is predict their moves, adjust our armies, and win. It's like the False Gods have given up - they head to every battle like they are forced to."
"True." The Disciple's remark was cut short by a loud creak. From the piles of dead and wounded, the rattling armor began to fly off them and slowly gather on a resting ball of gravity. The Disciple was suprised - the Oracle had not mentioned this in their fight.
"So, what was that about more challenges?" The Disciple asked.
"Right. Let's explode it!" The Phoenix grinned and they both fired bolts at the the energy at which the armor was reorganizing itself around.
But when the smoke cleared, nothing was damaged. The armor had been warped clean, almost seemingly melted down and reforged. It's wearer was a giant armored figure, resembling an Armagio but clearly much more mobile and yet at the same time much stronger. It's chrome wings were shining and jointed - it's limbs made of out of solid steel.
"In the name of The Infinity..." The Disciple mumbled. The Phoenix said nothing and flew at it, firing flame bolts in an enraged manner. The seraph-like construct simply held up it's hand. All of a sudden, waves of Chargers moved in from both sides and collided with the Phoenix.
The impact was deafening. The Disciple, panicking, called on his Mind Flayers to destroy the momentum that was allowing the chargers to get through the shields. It worked... but only briefly. The seraph held up its other hand and the slowed Charger began to accelerate again as if there had been no effect on their minds.
In a last desperate attempt, the Disciple had his Spirits and the Lady's Minor Phoenixes fire a barrage of flames so that they could escape. The Seraph burst into flames, and exploded - only to be replaced with another one. They had no choice - the Disciple fled, carrying the Lady Phoenix. Her wings were scorched with the the flaming heat generated from the speed that the strange, newfround entitiy had used to empower it's comrades. He had fared barely any better - his own wings felt nearly crushed from the intense pressure and eventually he had to resort to a Minor Phoenix to carry them back to the capital of Fire.
It was soon after that a dark-cloaked figure began spreading the news about the newfound strength of the false gods.

This card is the start of a new series of rare cards that can only be obtained through the False Gods : Revolution. As an individual card it's a defensive card that can protect your creatures from dying. Chrome Seraph cannot be protected by Gravitation.
How it works: After you win 10 times against the FGs, the Oracle will warn you that you are about to face "enchaned power" the next time the FG is fought. The FG may or may not also gain special conditions along with having copies of this card in his/her deck, as well as an additional title to indicate that you're not facing the ordinary version of the FG this time.
How the card is obtained: After you beat an FG, the card automatically reverts back to it's unupgraded form in the spins. Even though it make seem not-so-great as a result, it's still worth a bit of coin (being a rare) and the cards can end up being pretty useful in different situations as well as creating new strategies.
Special Conditions when fighting Graviton - Machine of Creation A Gravity Shield is already in his shield shot. Copies of Chrome Seraph will be included in Graviton's deck - the quantum producers might also be adjust accordingly.
Strategy Since momentum can't negate negative attack, Antimatter is a good card to use here as a way to stall and keep fighting - if you get some dragons or growth creatures out you can take down Chrome Seraph with a few blows and keep going.
