Nope, don't add momentum, it's borderline op, especially the first one. I wouldn't increase the cost, instead have both cost 5 quanta since adding a +6|+6 is pretty extreme.

Both are a little OP.  Maybe increase cost by one to both, or decrease the bonus gained by sacrifice by, say, -2|-2.

6 cost for +5/+5 on a 1 turn delay? 's a bit expensive. I'll go for +1 to both costs, decrease the stats for both of them.

Ok so my two cents on this:

I agree upping the cost on both is a good idea. +1 to each sounds about right for now.

Personally I think the Mech Armour is a bit too strong in Hp and maybe 1 less would be better (2|3) as that makes it targetable by several effects.

I think the bonus is good, +6|+6 is alot but it's a single use once off and you can get +5|+5 from Chaos (in theory).

I think maybe the name and pic could be changed to fit more with Elements but with the influx of Steam Machine that might be a redundent thought now. (Spiked armour traditionally gives both attack and Hp bonuses)

All in all though a nice card with a good effect.
