Why would I worry about weapons? There is only one weapon slot (thus far) for a reason. The weapons normally strike through shield effects aside from damage reduction.
Your weapon slot Vampire Dagger doesn't get frozen hitting a Permafrost Shield, and in the same manner a weapon attacking this shield when not flown will not be delayed.
They only strike through half the shields.

Strike Through
Spine Carapace
Fire Buckler
Time bubble one
Permafrost

Affected by
Diamond Shield
Fog Shield
Dusk Shield
Solar whatever


So it's basically half/half. This card has a percentage like Fog and Dusk, therefore you should consider weapons.

Ok, maybe I didn't understand your concern fully.
Since weapons can not be placed in a time bubble, how do you plan on the mechanics for weapons?


Weapons are not delayed (also known as being put in a time bubble) if they are in your Weapon Slot. A Weapon in a Weapon slot when it attacks will not get infected if it attacks a Spine Carapace, it won't get frozen if it attacks a Permafrost Shield, nor will it get delayed if it attacks a Turtle Shield.

In the same manner there is no need to worry about weapons that attack Labyrinth.

The following would occur:

    For weapons in your weapon slot:
      A Fahrenheit in the enemy's weapon slot attempts to land a hit, 25% of the time it will miss, 75% of the time it will hit.If it does hit, you are hit for the appropriate amount of damage, the weapon is not delayed (placed in a time bubble)If it does not hit, you avoid the amount of damage, it is not delayed (placed in a time bubble)
    For creatures in a field position:
      A Phase Recluse in an enemy field position attempts to land a hit, 25% of the time it will miss, 75% of the time it will hit.If it does hit, you are hit for the appropriate amount of damage, the creature is not delayed (placed in a time bubble)If it does not hit, you avoid the amount of damage, it

    1 :earth upkeep for both cardsBoth have an initial playing cost of 2 :earth Does not affect Airborne creaturesAvoids 30% of attacks (and 0% of attacks from Airborne creatures)

It's stronger than Procastination in terms of delaying damage.  Decks that rely heavily on their creature's skills won't have much of a problem with this card than decks that rely on the damage output of their creatures to kill their opponent.  Besides being delayed if they hit for a turn, they also have to deal with the chance of their creatures missing.  Also, I'm not too found of the chances of creatures hitting in this game, cause normally they don't follow the trend on the card.  Sometimes it's 100% hit and others it's a total blind-fire (I don't mean with one creature, I mean with quite a few little buggers).

Dont know why but when its 25% i think its fine and when its 30% it seems too strong, maybe because this small change makes it stronger than procrastination :/
