The mechanic only works once per cannon each turn. So if the opponent puts a second flyer into the same column on the same turn, you would need a second cannon there to stop it.

Only one cannon will fire per enemy played, if multiple are able to attack, the closest one (row closest to the opponent) fires first. If there is still a tie then it goes by slot priority.

This is gravities card for the "Field Slot" based combat series.

This seems terribly weak to me given teh odds of the conditions ever panning out in a given matchup.  At the very least I'd give it a mechanism to bypass Evade.

Since this effect happens automatically and without the player targeting, it should bypass evade.

I had meant it as once per cannon each turn. I can see the confusion.
