Could see upping its cost to 5 or 6  :light

alternatively, make its cost 3, but down the effect of Martyer to only heal 1 hp per 1 damage.

cost 3 - 1 hp per damage - basilisk blood - rage potion - liquid shadow - PU or even fractal = ZOMG WTF?

you could make it so that it dies at the end of the turn it is damage or something. that might  help make it a bit less op unless your opponent has thunderstorm or something you get at least like 6 life out of it

I'm imagining a field full of this in my opponent's field.. almost killing him.. then I use RoF so I don't die.. and.. well, you know what happens next. xD

You know, the healing should change, or the cost go up.. I don't like the ability. I think that if you're going to keep that ability you could up the cost..

why name it a martyr if it doesn't get sacrificed, thats what it is, sacfrifice for the greater good, this card should be  :darkness or  :death and go something like, sacrifice for blank amount of quantum negate/kills the highest attaking monster on opposing side. or have that be the upped effect, and just have it be negate the attack for unupped

Hmm... still trying to think of a good way to balance it... cause I think its usage is pretty effective, with some good combo synergy.  But gain, don't want something that is unkillable too...hmmm


One possible way maybe is to change its ability to...
"Blood of Martyr"
When this creature takes damage, the damage is double, you are healed for 3HP, and all your creature is healed for 1hp)

And something like 2 | 9


Any suggestions?  Also still looking for a image.

you could firebolt it over and over and over again, (after a basilisk blood), his damage would double. it's kinda OP, but at least the hp recovery isn't that bad now.

or maybe make it like a 12l3 or something, and have it have an ability that allows you to sacrifice it and redistribute its health and attack to other creatures on your side, making RoL a little stronger
