Missed the pattern. I need a new monitor.
Still, this + 22 malig cells is a 22|23 creature, I think (N/2) 11|23 is more reasonable.

Or... you can have a dragon. For less cost. For just one card.

As it is right now, it looks pretty balanced. The art makes him look...fat. Kinda. But in a good way.
And renaming it to Tumor may fit the theme better, but Malignant Lord sounds cooler.
