Adds a little bit of interest to Water.  Water is very adaptive (It has 4 other elements splashed into its cards) and has the ability to morph/mimic other elements. .  The fountain is meant to reflect those properties of water.

I like the card, just don't like the element you picked.
Not sure what other could be.
