Yeah, pretty straightforward. My idea is for mutation to cost either three entropy quant or two life quant to activate.

That would be overpowered, but I think that vampire stilleto (spelling?) should have discord's effect. Discord SHOULD have mutate, but it should be really expensive like 5-6.

Stilletto is a darkness card, not entropy. Why should it have discord, which is an entropy ability?

No, we have two cards with mutate, which is overused. I agree discord needs fixing with rainbow decks, maybe it should take away quantum too, but not mutate.

discord's current affect is only on itself, if we changed it then it would become a darkness ability.

chaos seed seems like a good idea

But the problem is, if Discord is upgraded, it would give Chaos Power, which will make it not fit its theme.

And personally, I think the upgrade Chaos Power is bleepsh*t. There is already Blessing and Plate Armor; we don't need another similar card. By overhauling Chaos Seed, we've lost an unique effect.

Putting an ability of Chaos Seed on anything is a bad idea. The effects that chaos seed can produce vary from freeze to PU to Lobotomize to RT. Why should any permanent or creature ever have the ability to behave like Lobotomizer and Eternity at any point?

Okay, two points, upgrading discord doesn't mean the ability needs to upgrade, it means the cost can get lowerd, or the weapon power can increase. Also, last I checked, the more abilitys the less chance of getting any one at a specific time, the lesss chance of getting two at any one point.

True, but the random number generator isn't truly random for Chaos Seed. It always creates a negative effect, and almost always it is a nasty one.

The bolts have a pretty good chance of being in there, that's another balancing facotor. And CS is offesnsive.
