Alright, since you didn't answer my questions I'll just point out what's wrong with the naming of your card. The magnetic forces are different to the gravitational forces. The strength of a gravitational force depends on the mass that's emitting the force. The strength of a magnetic force is due to the movement of electrons. As you can see the strength of these forces rely on difference properties of the given matter. Also, magnetic forces can be combines with electric forces because moving currents are what cause magnetic forces to occur. I'll use electromagnetism to refer to electricity and magnetism. Because the electromagnetism forces and gravitational forces have similar formulas Physicist believe that they can be combined into one grand force along with the other two forces of our world. That is where I believe you got the idea that magnetism and gravity are linked. My last point is that electromagnetism is stronger than gravity, 10^40 times greater that is. Therefore, it'd be illogical to call the Magnetic Force the weaker version of the Gravitational Force.
Alright, enough with criticizing your naming, and some suggestions to what to change it to. I suggest to going from Gravitational Pull to Gravitational Force or vice versa. Another is Gravitational Flux to Gravitational Field. Or call it Event Horizon.
Also, about fractal and PU. Why not make it so that for fractal you earn the copies - 1 (to allow you to draw when it's your turn) if he fractals your creatures? Also, for PU make it so that the copy ends up on your side of the field? For mutate ... Double its improvement, or mutate the Druid itself, or let the effects occur upon the Druid. Lobotomizing the creatures will disable the card's own skill, making it just a 5 attack weapon.
