That's some very cheap mono reusable PC. A bit OP if you ask me, especially given that it's a rather strong creature. Maybe change the skill cost to :darkness ? That way it ties in with the idea fo sacrifice as well. Otherwise I think mono gravity becomes a bit too strong, as it already has reusable CC and powerful quanta denial.

I don't find it strong at all. Sacrificing a permanent is an extremely large cost. In a Mono-Gravity deck, for example, the only viable option for sacrificing is a Pillar, which makes it about as re-usable as Nymph Queen.

I'll think about increasing its cost, but if I make it a duo card, then it will only be as good as a low-attack Pulverizer.

considering the number of permanents you can potentially have in play, this could be much stronger than a pulverizer. You also can't assume that this will only be used for mono  :gravity. It will almost certainly end up in a duo or rainbow deck.
Assuming a deck is about 1/3 pillars, for a 9 to 12 round game this isn't too bad (3 or 4 attack or maybe 5 or 6 in mono  :gravity ), but consider a duo with time stall that lasts say 15 rounds on average. At an average of 2 draws a round thats about 10 pillars, so you get a 10/10. Thats as tough as a gold dragon. Add in a shield, sword and hourglass or two and this thing is bigger than a dragon. Then there is the possiblility of adding in shards... That could get big and ugly in a hurry.
Still, its a pretty cool concept. It may or may not be OP, I think testing will probably be needed to know for sure.
Whether the glass is half full or half empty is a moot point. It is always filled to the brim. It is only a matter of by what. The real question is: What fills you?

Cool idea I like the concept.
I can see some situtaions where this is OP but not too much, my only issue is that it has 10 health :o it's VERY high for a 3 cost creature, and his attack won't be very low either.
At least reduce the HP, to make it killable with normal CC

I was only using the context of mono-gravity to counter swishyscoop's assumption that this card would make mono-gravity too strong.
Besides, in most rainbows, Magnet Golem would interfere with Otyugh or Pulverizer (swapping Pulverizer for Magnet Golem is not profitable). In addition, Pulverizer plays the same role as Magnet Golem but don't require permanent fodder. Steal and Deflagration play the same role as Magnet Golem (especially when you're playing a speedbow with only 6 Quantum Towers) but cost much, much less.

10 health for a cost of 5, 6 health for a cost of 3. I believe that the ability is self-balanced, and that the variable attack and 6 HP can cost as low as 3 :gravity when compared to Graviton Guard, which usually has higher ATK.
