I'd say statwise it's fine as it is, though given that Eclipse naturally buffs cards it should get -2 HP. (Vulnerability to Fire Shield should be a considered factor in 'low-to-midhitter' cards that possess self-protection like this, Immortal, and Minor Phoenix. This sometimes even applies to larger creatures like Seraph.)
IMHO, the situational ability does not really affect the balance that much. (Fractal Minor Phoenix uses less cards at the cost of a slightly less efficient cost/damage ratio. In contrast, Fractal Lunassain requires a third card to become more efficient in cost/damage than Fractal MP.)
