Interesting art and theme. Mind specifying what Override means in this context? The name suggest something like "target pillar now generates quanta of your mark" or something, not like this.

Would a name like Implode work?

Anyways, interesting mechanic, although I am almost sure I've seen this before.

What happens when you cast more than once per turn? A Singularity?

Also, I'm assuming this is only one in the stack right? Not the entire stack disappearing and creating mass quanta?

The un-upped version seems much better than the upped version. Having six zero cost cards is a high price to pay, especially when its only at the expense of one random quantum. Perhapses it should generate 5 quantum instead and cost 2 un-upped and 1 upped.

Take on count we're talking about one type of specific quanta, which could be any and give you a small headstart. That's also why it is also limited to one play of these cards per turn.

It's a overall good card, similar to immolation, but it targets permanents

I find Overload very original and i applaud its creativity.
But I wouldn't really put such a card into my deck, theres not much benefits or advantage.

Nice idea! Many uses for it:
Target a  :rainbow pillar to get quanta for the SN, for example(1'5  :rainbow per element).
