...you do realize that if your opponent has a Rustler this means infinite :life quanta right?
There's a safety mechanism (already coded in the game) that prevents from using photosynthesis more than once a turn if it's free (via SoR).
Anyway, infinite :life quanta isn't very useful. It's not as bas as giving the opponent infinite :fire, :darkness or :water.

Once again, a delightfully twisted Void card. But I think that it is badly UP. The effect of Microcosm is basically the same as Fallen Druid + any renewable source of creatures (graveyard, FFQ,...), but it lasts only 12 turns and can be stolen by your opponent. Rush decks will totally overrun you thanks to the infinite mana (unless you get very lucky mutations), and control decks will simply destroy/steal the Macrocosm.

Here's my suggestion: Divinity is eternal, right? Well then, make Microcosm | Macrocosm immaterial, and remove the 12-turn doom counter.

I want a Void FG ! Let's call him Nihil.

This is badly UP? It's playable for free and if you get multiple copies out it's almost like you have two players with FG powers fighting each other.  However, making Microsm | Macrocosm immaterial is not unreasonable so you make sure the effect goes through.

That would make it BADLY OP, maybe immaterial can be plausible (good luck destroying/stealing an entire microcosm/macrocosm), but the eternal mutants every turn is a no-no.

Also, this:

Big Bang spam should be EPIC.

Don't forget that all creatures produced by Macrocosm have zero ability costs. Since the card is basically free, and it produces 12 creatures each with instant SoR, I think it's powerful enough. Besides, it's not like your opponent could totally pwn you with one turn of pseudo-infinite quanta.

Okay, I'll make Macrocosm Immaterial. Maybe all Divine cards should be Immaterial, since you can't kill gods.
To be or not to be, I can do both at once. Go learn quantum mechanics, n00b.

Are the mutants just like fallen elf/druid's ability or a specific mutant?
It is the greatest mystery of all...

Just normal mutants, except their abilities cost zero.

Oh, I forgot about the zero-cost thing. Well then, I suppose that Immaterial is enough to balance it, and removing the doom counter would be OP. I also agree that all Divine cards should be Immaterial (Divine Aegis is, right?)

However you only get one mutant a turn, which can be frozen/delayed/CC'd and that's a two card combo that becomes less effective as the game progresses since your opponent will have his strategy already set up later in the game, so you might get mutants too slow or your opponent might have outrushed you.

this needs some sort of nerf, so one can't play it in the first round....
