That's cool, but I really can't decided which idea I like better.

I actually did put some upgraded marks in the trainer, and all they did was act like pillars.

On-topic: How about -seeing as how each element is matchedup with another on the starting screen- give the ability that if you click your mark it changes to that other element, that would help some dou-elements.
.......Huh?
Click on your Earth Mark in duel to turn it into an Air Mark for the duration of the duel, and vice versa.

Also, Time/Aether, Gravity/Entropy, Fire/Water and so on.

^^ Yep, although I was thinking that you could always have the freedom to change it (just because it's not like you have more than one mark in play at any given time anyway, actually....)

I thought the original idea was fine enough, but should work against Fog Shield, as well.

Yes, the card would be useless for a Rainbow deck, but it's a nice thing to have for a mono-Light deck, maybe.

The sad fact of the matter is:  half the cards that already exist are "useless," if you define "useful" as "optimal." As pointed out many times, if you're not using Sundials or Hourglasses to boost your draw count, you're crazy to hold more than 30-35 cards in your deck if you want it to be optimal, and this doesn't leave room for flavor cards that may or may not be useful.  Hell, shields in general are useless for mono decks, because a mono deck has no way to protect it once it's out (except for earth, obviously).

Here's a better/more useful idea, though:  Let the "Clear Vision" effect let you see what cards your opponent is holding in his hand.  Since light apparently deals with God-like abilities, omniscience really isn't out of theme.

Agreed, another light card showing hand would be good, it would add more to the planning phase.

"There are no dumb ideas, only dumb people".
IN this case the only thing you're saying is, that you are the dumb. Never mind, man...
Now that's how you contribute to a discussion!
Your post doesn't illustrate contribution either.

Contribution might look like questioning what element this new card, the 50% chance of momentum, should have.  Does it still make sense as light?  Is so, what principles of light is it playing off of?  If not, what element should it be and why?

Additionally, you could discuss what the cost of something like this should be, is 2 quantum too few, is 7 too many?

What type of card is it going to be?  Shield seems to make the least sense, but is still passable, and has some good reasoning behind it.  Permanent and Weapon both have fairly good arguments on their side.

How does this card help in balancing out the game?  Does it work for or against rainbow, the prevailing them?

I, for one, would enjoy far more seeing input in these areas.  This makes more sense, and is more in line with the rules of the forum, than calling people stupid, and your blatantly aggressive sarcastic remarks.

I like the picture. But maybe it should just be two turns, after all its reuseable.

A Squid also is resuable, also costs 3 quanta of same element, is cheaper to summon up, and also stops the ability of an affected creature, so I wouldn't say it is so imba. Doesn't stop FFQs or Otyughs or anything from doing their mostsuit.

True, I wasn't thinking about that, and this has the distinct drawback that it can be stolen.

I think that this card can be good whit high attack moster played (for exemple) by Miracle and creature with growth.
