I came out with this idea when saw  pillar changing into nymph.

Cloud of Wind                                /  Sky Cloud
Damage: 1 Life: 2 Cost: 1  :air         Damage: 1 Life: 3 Cost: 1  :air
True Form : Turn into Wind pillar.      True Form : Turn into Wind Tower

Fire Being                                       / Fire Fiend
Damage: 2 Life: 1 Cost: 1  :fire         Damge: 3 Life: 1 Cost: 1  :fire
True Form : Turn into Fire pillar.        True Form : Turn into Fire Tower
________________________________________________________
Small War
type: permanent Cost : 7  :gravity
Neither of players can have more than 6 creatures on field.

Isn't playing a pillar just... easier? Also, Damselfly (2/1, generates 1 :air per turn) and Brimstone Eater (2/1, generates 1 :fire per turn) are better than thise as well.

Small war has been suggested as Field Shrink (this page) already, go find it. Your version could possibly be too strong.

Hi nice idea. Good to see a new post up and running.

Have you thought about having them revert to a pillar at the end of a turn or when they die?

ie. Fire Being
Damage: 4 Life: 0 Cost: 1  :fire
True Form : When this creature dies it turns into a Fire pillar.

Or somehting along those lines.

I like the idea of having creatures that become permanents but unsure how to make it work along the right lines.

Keep up the good work
