I'd suggest making it like Skull Shield, in that higher HP creatures have a greater chance to survive.  I think the instant kill in this case is somewhat balanced because it hits you too, but the fact that it's completely random is a bit too much.  A nice idea.

Have you not noticed that skull shield is basically instant kill aswell? remember, skull shield kills creature and turns into a skeleton, plus it blocks 1 damage, thats pretty much instant kill imo.

This is completely different, if you also havent noticed, its 50 / HP, so in the beginning attacking creatures have a 0.5% chance of getting killed, meaning you get more :life quanta.
however as you get damaged:

90 = 0.55%
80 = 0.7%
70 = 1.1%
20 = 2%.

If anything, this is Extremely underpowered.
I would say changing to this:

attacking creatures have X multiplied by 2 % chance to die. X = total  :death quanta.

so if you have 20 :death quanta, attacking creatures have a 40% chance to die, pretty much close to skull buckler.

Imo, this would go nicely with Flesh recluse + mitosis.

Alright, a few things.
1: 50/HP... sound familiar? That's the same percent Skull Shield has, unless I've misinterpreted. If it depends on YOUR HP, that's different, but I'm fairly certain it's not like that.
2: Your suggestion is pretty OP in my opinion. I get 50 death quanta, everything that touches me dies! That's pretty harsh when you have Soul Catcher in the same element. Also, while your idea is interesting, this card is for the Duality competition and should try to stay :life/ :death for the competition's sake.
