It can be easily killed and its kinda hard to get more than 30 quanta ( 6 hp stolen).

No, no it really isn't hard to get that much quanta. And 5 hp is not that easy to kill either.

At present there is already a fairly strong deck archetype (fractal devourers) that relies almost entirely on drain life spells to kill the other player. Making drain life on a stick could be problematic.

Don't give this card to decay then . And decay is a false god, false god rules does not apply to normals user.
