3|6 :fire sounds more appropriate.
I have a feeling that the name fits Life better. However the effect is definitely Fire.
Combat Manuel|Art of War might fit better?

The suggested name is only too human if no non human studies tactic/war.
Hint: Some elementals are currently at war (Entropy is winning)

However about the OP|UP thing we should each give our reasons why and then you can decide based upon the reasons.

To start with I will assume that elements has a standard that 1 damage per turn is worth 1 quanta. (This is fairly accurate and can be observed in my Card Design thread in Design theory)

This card (upgraded) adds 1 damage per turn per creature on the field. So the increase in value is equal to the average number of creatures on the field.

Upgraded cards tend to have a -1 to -2 cost reduction.

So the upgraded should cost [Average number of creatures on the field -1.5] more than the unupped

I tried to do the same with my Jack | Jolly Roger (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,16380.msg223776#msg223776) and I realized that it was OP to give all your creatures +1/+0.
I will suggest to limit the kind of creatures that get this bonus or make it last a few turns.
