NOTES:
In case you haven't played any of the Dragon Quest series.

http://dragon-quest.org/wiki/Woosh

The spell Woosh (バギ Bagi, originally localized in English as Infernos, and later in fan translation as Gale) is a wind spell used to attack an enemy group.

An enemy group simply represents a number of creatures of the same type.

The damage is quite high for mass CC but the cost of this card is high and its effectiveness is very limited by opponent's deck. If your opponent is playing a rainbow and each creature has only few copies, this card is simply useless.

I don't see this being more powerful than RoF or even shockwave for the high cost and situationality.
Years ago we had Ronald Reagan, Johnny Cash, Bob Hope, and Steve Jobs. Now we have Obama, no hope, no cash, and no jobs.
