Skydive Instructor: Gives the targeted creature dive for one turn. ( :air :air) if the creature has more than 10 attack the creature dies after the attack due to extreme heaviness and not being able to pull open its chute?

Heaviness is determined by HP.

Also, no, better not. A lot of cards that give Dive have been suggested and they don't seem to be a good idea.

Dive is too powerful to be given with such a cheap effect. A buffed ruby dragon (say to 20) or a lava destroyer with +- 30 atk could change alone the outcome of a battle, with TU.

Yeah yeah, but it's a one shot deal for anything over 10, so it can't really affect people that much. If you have grown something so big, you can wait 2 turns, so it really doesn't matter for that, and hey 34 damage can be healed by a black hole. More overpowered cards are in this game

Edit: wow, I just threw a random idea out there, Didn't think I was going to get any feedback.

Love the name.  Maybe it should be "BASE jumping instructor" since you want to include a non-negligible fatality rate.  :P
