What does the "3: Destroy Ice Age" part mean? Three quanta in general, or three water quanta(it would sort of make sense for it to be fire quanta, actually, but I wouldn't call that practical), or three turns? Or what?

I think this needs some sort of upkeep. Otherwise, if you manage to Protect this, Freeze would be instant kill, since creatures won't ever get unfrozen and might as well be counted as dead.
