I'm not sure if this fits in the card text but:
For every alternate turn, the Divine Pendulum would alternate 2 random quanta to 1 quantum of your mark and generating one quantum of your mark.
That's actually an occasional problem I run into- the text I have in mind
looks like it'll fit but it actually doesn't, which is the case for your text suggestion.
