    IDEA:
    		OdinVanguard
    NOTES:
    		This card was inspired by seeing a very massive cone come crashing down from a large tree while walking this morning.

    Thats basically the idea here. Its a giant tree that grows massive pine cones which can be dropped on hapless enemies passing by. If the creature dies, the cone will spawn a new tree from the dead carcass :D

    It gives life some direct (albeit somewhat random) damage capabilities and also lends some synergy with gravity and time (see sappling card below).
    Spoiler for Sappling images:
    The ability functions by selecting a random adjacent field slot and damage the enemy creature in the corresponding slot on the opposite side of the field.
    • If the slot is empty another is picked. If there are no adjacent enemy creatures, nothing happens.
    • If the creature that gets hit dies, a sapling is spawned for the conifer (sequoia) owner.
    • The saplings are 0|2 creatures that gain hp each turn and become conifers (sequoias) after reaching 8 (10) max hp.

    It's okay, but there doesn't seem to be space to word the card well ("nearby enemy" doesn't make sense unless you read the notes) and "Widow Maker" is just a weird name for an ability. :p

    Would "adjacent enemy" work better?
    Widow maker is actually a term for the very large pine cones, branches, etc. that drop from certain redwood trees, often from great heights. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Widowmaker_(forestry)
    I can change the ability name to something else though... I thought it sounded kinda cool myself.

    Heh... you may have a point. I first heard the term on a walking tour through the sequoia national park in northern California...
    Any ideas for a more well known name for the skill?

    I like this card. It seems to fit that  :gravity would pull the pinecone down. You're right, the name of the ability should be changed, but I don't know what it should be changed to.
