I don't see a very good reason for this to be a creature rather than a permanent. Both the unupgraded and upgraded health makes it fairly difficult to destroy.

Not too sure about the card effect yet though

its a skill so it can be lobo,
has 0 atk so you need a lot of earth towers to even use its ablity,
this card has high health because of coarse its  :earth,
it might also take a lot of turns before you can even deal epic damage because of  :earth quanta consumption

Farenheit is probably a good place to start balancing this card.
There are a couple of balancing points to note as you go forward though.

-Farenheit is balanced in part by being a weapon, which inherently limits the potetntial for being spammed by mitosis or fractal.
This card is a regular creature, so that could be a problem. Particularly since its cost is low enough for that to be tractable.

-Farenheit is doing physical damage. If this card does non-specific / permanent type or spell damage it would also be more powerful than farenheit even at the same damage scaling since it could bypass shields.
Whether the glass is half full or half empty is a moot point. It is always filled to the brim. It is only a matter of by what. The real question is: What fills you?

Based on the theme: bombardment with your earth quanta, it would make sense for it to do physical damage (throwing earth-balls) and be subject to normal shield effects (damage reduction, out-of-phase protection) -- although you could argue its like catapult which does bypass shields.  :-\
