It's not only the SoP stuff. This has an improved Overdrive as an ability, so it should cost more even there. Also, Basilisk Blood. As opposed to countering the health drop of Overdrive, this will only gain more HP with BB per turn as well as ATT.
If you really want to keep the cost lower, here's what I suggest. One, drop the stats. It would be acceptable at 3|3 cost if the stats were 0|1 / 0|3 with that ability. Two, drop the boosts it gets per delay. Considering the costs of what it could take to delay your own creatures, the boost due to no damage is easily abused. I'd make it +1|+1 per non-attack.
Also, how would Adrenaline work with Sundial on this card?
