So let me get this straight...
Its a spell that provides an ability which only lasts for 1 turn, but lets you control it usage...
The ability causes a stat fluxuation that also dissapears at the end of the turn
I would assume you would subsequently activate the ability, lest it just dissapear on you and the spell be wasted...
So why not just have the spell automatically apply the effect instead?
I.e. What I'm saying is, this seems like an overly complicated way to effectively do:
"Target creature gains +/-3|+/-3 until end of turn"
If this is meant to also overwrite any current active skill, you could just add that in.
All that aside, given that this skill effectively just fluxuates a creatures stats by +/-3 for one turn, it seems very overpriced.
Mechanically its kinda cool since it serves like a less stable, limited duration version of chaos power. From that I would say a low cost is in order.
Could provide some amusing CC or buff options after proper tweaking. Fits the
theme nicely as well.
I think it could prove to be a very nifty little card.
